At some point in your childhood, surely you have heard of or played the game commonly known as Capture the Flag. The rules of this game are simple. Two teams are chosen and each team is given a territory and a flag to guard. The object of this game is to “capture the flag” guarded by the opposite team in their territory. Similarly, this game appears as an educational championship in the Cybersecurity field. In Cybersecurity, capture the flag (CTF) is a team-based contest that challenges students to solve computer security problems and capture and defend their computer systems.
